The number of course participants revealed that the people are very enthusiastic in learning Russian language. As anticipation, the centre is wholeheartedly welcome any other party that has willingness to develop Russian language course as a branch of the Russian Study Centre with conditions as follows:

1. The partners have already a place/places to perform the course.
2. The partners should make available infrastructure suitable for education.
3. The partners pay the royalty about 40% from the net income to the Russian Study Centre.
4. The partners agree to pay authority right to run the course to Russian Study Centre in amount of Rp 50.000.000,-
